Rental Program

  • Select the art you would like to rent.

  • Decide the length of leasing time (minimum 2 months).

  • The cost is based on 10% of the suggested art retail price ($299 or less) and 20% ($300 or more) and ($150.00 minimum per contract)

FAQ

Shipping/Delivery

Additional cost to the client, price will vary upon size and weight, quantity, and destination.

Suggestion: Reuse the package and material the artwork came in when resending the artwork.

The client is welcome to pick up and drop off artwork and skip shipping. The artist may can work with the client where the artist can drop of the work or pick up.

Damage

If the artwork is damaged will result in the total retail purchase price minus whatever rental fees have already been paid.

Payment

Initial payment will be charged at the time of contract. If the client wants to proceed with additional months, the client will be charged the first of the month, until the work is safely returned.

Consignment

You and the artist can agree upon a commission if while the artwork is being exhibited from your location. As you are renting out the artwork and a guests wants to purchase the artwork, after your rental period (or can replace the artwork with a similar or different painting) the artist can sell the work of art and provide you a % of the proceeds. (Please discuss options with artist)
